About The Position

Replit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead its enterprise product initiatives. The company has developed a powerful coding agent and is now focused on adapting it for large organizations. This role involves extending the agent's capabilities for enterprise use, building a secure and scalable platform for adoption, and driving growth within large companies. The product manager will have significant influence in shaping the enterprise platform, deciding on product strategy, priorities, and roadmap, and collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and security teams. The goal is to make Replit Agent the leading solution for business problems faced by non-technical users in enterprise settings, ensuring safe and large-scale adoption through features like SSO, SCIM, governance, data privacy, and flexible deployment options. The role also includes driving a product-led growth strategy to expand usage within accounts and acting as the primary advocate for enterprise customer needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on enterprise products.
  • Fluency with IT and admin buyer personas and their needs for software adoption at scale.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional skills with a proven track record of driving work across multiple teams.
  • Strong technical judgment, with the ability to understand deep technical concepts and engage with engineers on security and infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into regulated industries and familiarity with frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA.
  • Experience at a scale-up that grew its enterprise motion from infancy to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise roadmap end to end, setting strategy and priorities for large company success on Replit.
  • Make Replit Agent the best in the world at solving business problems for non-technical users by providing necessary connectors, skills, and workflows for mission-critical work.
  • Build the enterprise platform, owning capabilities critical for buyers such as identity and access (SSO, SCIM), admin and governance, data privacy and compliance, and flexible deployment options.
  • Drive land-and-expand strategies to grow usage from a few builders to company-wide rollouts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and security teams, incorporating feedback from deals into product development.
  • Act as the voice of the enterprise customer, gathering needs through customer interactions and translating them into product requirements.
