About The Position

We are seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to join our team supporting the Transportation Team. This role involves overseeing daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence. The manager will supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams, coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management, and manage capacity, performance, and change management processes. Reporting on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

10+ years in IT operations with 5+ in a management role.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT Engineering, or related discipline.
Public Trust – Moderate Risk clearance.
U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
