About The Position

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support the Cross-Mission Effectiveness Department (CMED) in the Integrated Performance Subdivision. CMED integrates and applies modeling and simulation capabilities and modern analysis workflows for end-to-end effects-chain analysis and space and space-enabled campaign modeling. The role supports modeling, simulation, and analysis of space-, air-, and ground-based systems of systems to assess architecture and concept-of-operations performance in nominal and contested environments. Focus areas include agent-based modeling, red-versus-blue simulations, military utility and capability drawdown, kill-chain effectiveness, enterprise architecture resiliency, and command-and-control evaluation. You will work with cross-mission program offices and customers to translate their needs into analysis tasks, implement modeling capabilities through targeted software development, and prepare and analyze enterprise-level simulations. You will contribute to technical project delivery, apply expertise in integrated missions, and prepare briefings and reports for customers. The position is full-time and 100% onsite in El Segundo, California, or Chantilly, Virginia, with occasional travel as required.
