•$100,300 - $150,400•Onsite

About The Position

The Aerospace Corporation’s Enterprise Effects Division integrates the organization’s strategic capabilities across the national space enterprise. Within the Cross-Mission Effectiveness Department, this position supports the integration and application of modeling and simulation capabilities and modern analysis workflows for end-to-end effects-chain analysis and space and space-enabled campaign modeling. The work involves modeling, simulating, and analyzing space-, air-, and ground-based systems of systems to assess architecture and CONOPS performance in nominal and contested operating environments. Focus areas include agent-based modeling, red-versus-blue simulations, military utility and capability drawdown, kill-chain effectiveness, enterprise architecture resiliency, and command-and-control evaluation. The engineer works with program offices and customers to translate needs into modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks; develops software capabilities; and prepares, executes, and analyzes enterprise-level simulations. The role includes leading and contributing to technical analysis projects, presenting reports and briefings, mentoring junior staff, and occasional travel. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position based in El Segundo, California; Colorado Springs, Colorado; or Chantilly, Virginia.
