About The Position

As a key member of Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM), you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand fraud methodologies and deliver accurate, data-driven support that protects the organization. This role offers the opportunity to stay at the forefront of evolving technologies, emerging research, and market trends, applying those insights to strengthen day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with EFM leadership and business partners, serving as a trusted advisor and collaborator. In this role, you will also provide strategic direction, including planning, development, and long-term vision for a department within EFM or for areas with elevated risk exposure to the bank. By identifying innovative solutions and optimizing workflows, you will help drive efficiency and ensure the successful achievement of departmental and enterprise objectives. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and requires an onsite presence five days a week, fostering collaboration and close partnership with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of fraud or banking experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a detailed and deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, as required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high level of knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Fraud Management processes to ensure analysis is accurate and in compliance.
  • Recommend strategies to leadership that are targeted for specific departments with the goal of increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide performance and trend analysis for senior level management
  • Partner with other teams within Enterprise Fraud Management for extended research needs.
  • Maintain high level of knowledge and understanding of all regulations to ensure business support is accurate and in compliance.
  • Help define and deliver solutions to complex problems that result in the reduction of fraud losses, reduction in operating expenses, and/or enhance the client experience
  • Create documentation for current and future processes
  • Participates in the assessment of potential new projects, analyzing opportunities, documenting the approach and documenting the business case
  • Lead assigned parts of change execution
  • Establish working relationships with partners within Enterprise Fraud Management to accomplish goals
