About The Position
Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private-markets secondaries space. By combining deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure, we unlock liquidity across private equity, private credit, and real assets. Our platform enables investors to move faster and smarter in an evolving market. We are seeking a high-impact Manager to serve as the operational and strategic backbone of our commercial organization — the effective "COO" of our go-to-market function. Your mission spans revenue operations, enterprise customer success, marketing oversight and regulatory responsibility.
Requirements
- Private Equity Expertise: Exposure to private equity is strongly preferred. You must understand the nuances of selling to family offices, pensions, endowments, and RIAs.
- RIA & Wealth Manager Experience: Direct, hands-on experience working with RIAs and independent wealth managers is strongly preferred (including understanding their operational structures, decision-making processes, and the compliance considerations that govern how they engage with alternative investment products).
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in the competitive US private markets landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement automated workflows, CRM systems, and data-driven sales operations.
- A self-starter who can transition from a CEO-level strategy conversation to building a lead-gen model in a single afternoon.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities
- Manage sales workflows, own pipeline velocity, and ensure performance across the full LP and GP lifecycle.
- Own and administer the CRM, maintaining pipeline discipline, data hygiene, and accurate stage tracking across all deals and contacts.
- Establish and monitor advanced quantitative and qualitative KPIs, maintaining rigorous discipline around follow-ups and activity tracking.
- Design and execute a multichannel GTM strategy, including target market segmentation, value proposition refinement, and pricing models.
- Build and own the customer success framework and knowledge base for institutional clients, ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
- Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with key institutional accounts as the primary point of commercial continuity post-sale.
- Oversee marketing output and strategy, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and brand and content execution.
- Leverage analytics to measure marketing performance and continuously refine messaging and channel strategy.
- Attend conferences, roadshows, and industry events regularly to build relationships and source opportunities.
- Act as a visible and credible representative of Tangible in the private markets community.
- Lead the recruiting, onboarding, and ramp-up of SDRs and other commercial hires as the team scales, including role definition, compensation structures, and ramp targets.
- Establish training and performance-management cadences to ensure new hires reach productivity quickly and contribute meaningfully to pipeline coverage.
