The company partners with over 500 higher education institutions globally and is seeking a Customer Success Manager (NA) to drive product implementation and adoption. This role is crucial for the company's growth in the US market and is seen as a critical step towards unlocking this opportunity. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring clients effectively use Unibuddy's Chat, Community, and Assistant products. While Account Management handles renewals, the CSM's role is to positively influence these outcomes through driving adoption, demonstrating value, aligning with executives, managing risks, and identifying expansion opportunities. The CSM will build relationships across various levels within client institutions and serve as the primary point of contact, offering strategic recommendations for implementation, adoption, and renewal readiness. Strong performers have a clear path to Senior CSM and will help shape the future of Customer Success in North America.
