Requirements

  • Three (3) year of experience with managing change control, configuration management, and asset tracking
  • Expertise in program analysis and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Skilled in process documentation and workflow development.
  • Experience in report development and presentation.
  • Knowledge of research methods and analysis techniques.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • ITIL V4 foundation or equivalent industry-recognized certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD programs and operations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with government contracts and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Task Order change management process in compliance with TekSynap BMS 7.04.0, ITIL practices, AF TO 00-33A-1100, and Communications Squadron workflows.
  • Review and validate change requests for completeness, accuracy, required documentation, risk, impact, urgency, priority, test plans, and rollback plans.
  • Oversee and maintain the Forward Schedule of Changes and the overall change calendar.
  • Coordinate and track Authorized Service Interruptions through MCCC, AMAC, and other required Air Force approval channels.
  • Deconflict change activity across bases, functional teams, and approval authorities to prevent mission disruption.
  • Coordinate with Base Operations Managers, M-NOSC, Core Engineering, Infrastructure Deployment, and Communications Squadrons on scheduled and emergent changes.
  • Enforce documentation, audit, reporting, and quality standards for all change activity.
  • Establish or refine Communications Squadron change workflows when gaps exist or assistance is needed.
  • Provide daily SITREPs to the Program Manager for all High or Critical changes.
  • Submit weekly reports on change metrics, processing timelines, risks, delays, and required leadership support.
  • Ensure post-implementation reviews and closure documentation are completed before final change closure.
  • Establish, maintain, and control configuration baselines within the designated CMDB.
