Enterprise Business Development Representative

BrazeAustin, TX
$45,000 - $54,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Enterprise BDR on the General Business team is the engine behind Braze's large company growth. You'll partner with Account Executives to identify, engage, and qualify prospects at companies with 5000 employees+, helping B2C brands discover how Braze can transform their customer engagement. This is a high-impact role where you'll blend volume-driven outreach with personalized, consultative prospecting. You'll research accounts, craft relevant messaging, and create opportunities that directly fuel Braze's pipeline. Every individual has a personal quota, and shares a team goal. The team is collaborative, communicative and we are always the first to take action. There's a lot of support and camaraderie with plenty of room to be proactive and take control of your own sales success. BDRs gain huge value from working together at our offices. BDRs at Braze have a hybrid schedule, which means they will be in office a minimum of 3 days a week at our Austin location. This allows our team to thrive in a learning environment together.
