TapMango is seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to pioneer its growing mid-market sales motion. This role is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline by engaging senior decision makers at multi-location brands across restaurants, retail, health & beauty, and fitness. The position focuses on thoughtful, personalized outreach and meaningful conversations with real operators who care about customer retention, repeat visits, and revenue growth, rather than high-volume, spray-and-pray outbound tactics. The role starts as hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Toronto office, with an expected transition to fully remote within 6 months to 1 year.
