About The Position

Dozuki is seeking an Enterprise BDR to join their dynamic Marketing team. This advanced BDR program utilizes innovative technology and sophisticated workflows to generate highly qualified meetings. As a key part of the strategic outbound efforts, the BDR will identify, educate, and nurture various buyer personas within target accounts. This involves making calls, writing impactful emails, engaging on social media, possessing expert knowledge of Dozuki's offering, and diligent follow-up.

Requirements

  • Comfortable on the phone: confident and agile in spoken conversations with prospects, asking good questions and pushing prospects into the next action. BDRs average ~80 calls/day and set ~8 meetings per month.
  • Tech First: curious and opinionated about marketing and sales innovations, eagerly taking up new tools and avenues for prospecting. Must be excited about innovation.
  • A notorious self-starter: willing to jump into a project and get to work, doing research and asking the right questions to achieve goals independently or with feedback.
  • Collaborative: works well with others and understands how strengths can be leveraged to achieve aggressive marketing targets.
  • Organized: able to manage thoughts and time to work on multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.

  • A strategic thinker: able to craft overarching strategies with others to develop scalable programs and consider long-term impacts.
  • Eager to join a fast-paced hyper-growth company: thrives in small group conversations, sharing perspectives and tackling complex problems with team members.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and/or other sales and marketing tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in account-based motions, supported by advertising, intent data, and cross-organizational messaging feedback.
  • 2+ years working with dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing ABM (Account Based Marketing).
  • Must be able to work 8-5 Eastern Time (ready to start dialing by 9am ET).

Responsibilities

  • Learn and communicate the Dozuki product advantages and benefits, addressing prospect pain points and positively positioning Dozuki within the competitive landscape.
  • Use prospecting and enrichment tools to connect with key personas at ICP accounts, primarily by phone, and secondarily through email and social channels.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Communicate with the marketing team to continually iterate and align strategy and messaging for target accounts.
  • Maintain and update the CRM to ensure it is kept current and accurate.
