Enterprise Architecture Co-Op

Berkley•Urbandale, IA

About The Position

The Enterprise Architecture Intern/Co-Op supports Berkley Technology Services’ Enterprise Architecture team with architectural reviews, business interaction, research, problem-solving, design, recommendations, and decision-making. The role works with team Architects to define, document, and test target architectures and patterns, helping the team meet its service-level agreements and organizational commitments. The Co-Op also contributes to internal development efforts for small applications owned by Enterprise Architecture. These applications help employees access architecture and governance services and serve as systems of record for architecture data. The position offers exposure to broader business and technology challenges than a typical development internship while providing opportunities to develop applications and interact with management and senior leaders in the insurance industry.
