About The Position
Passero Associates is hiring paid Architecture Co-op/Interns for its Rochester, New York office. Co-ops/interns will gain professional experience toward a career in architecture while contributing to a diverse range of projects, including aviation, institutional, commercial, municipal, and multifamily residential work. The role involves working in a team environment to support architectural design projects, developing design and construction drawings and details, and potentially participating in fieldwork, measured drawings, site inspections, and construction field visits. Passero Associates is a multidisciplinary professional AEC firm founded in 1972. The company has more than 180 professionals and provides architecture, aviation, civil and structural engineering, planning, transportation, and surveying services. It is committed to a diverse workforce and is unable to sponsor visas.
Requirements
- Be pursuing an undergraduate degree in architecture or a related field.
- Be available in Fall 2026.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be a team player who can contribute to a positive work culture.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and focus on quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- Introductory experience with Revit, Photoshop, and other rendering software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment to help deliver architectural design projects.
- Model designs and develop construction drawings and details.
- Potentially perform fieldwork, measured drawings, site inspections, and construction field visits.
