Enterprise AI Architecture Manager / Senior Manager

Accenture•St. Louis, MO
•$80,400 - $293,800

About The Position

Accenture’s Digital Core Reinvention practice is hiring senior architecture leaders for its US Architect bench to shape AI-native enterprise transformation. The role focuses on making AI a first-class participant in the enterprise core, designing multi-agent systems, and transforming established technology estates while maintaining business-critical operations. Candidates may come from adjacent disciplines if they bring strong credentials and one or two years of serious hands-on experience with LLM-based systems. At the Manager grade, the position owns architecture for a single engagement, serves as design authority for its AI-native foundation and primary technical contact for the client’s architecture group, and leads the engineering team building the solution. As experience and level progress, the role may hold design authority across a portfolio of engagements and help shape the methodology, reference patterns, productization priorities, and the team’s architectural point of view. The role carries the technical narrative into client CTO offices and translates AI capabilities into business value for executive audiences. Travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements. The anticipated posting end date is December 4, 2026. Salary ranges vary by listed US location, from $80,400 to $293,800 annually.
