About The Position

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Sales Executive to join our West Region team, residing in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA. You will own a territory and run it as if it’s your own business. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role responsible for building pipeline, managing accurate forecasts, and closing new logo business within enterprise accounts. You will represent Calero’s solutions to C-level executives and IT/Finance decision-makers across your territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B software or managed services sales experience
  • Proven ability to close six and seven-figure deals with executive stakeholders
  • Track record of exceeding quota and managing complex sales cycles
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or Mobile Management Services (MMS) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for new logo business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities
  • Build, manage and execute a regional strategy and plan for a defined territory
  • Aggressively prospect to build a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new logo Fortune 2000 companies
  • Accurately manage your forecast and opportunity pipeline in CRM with a level of accuracy that reflects real judgment, not optimism
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles through discovery, business case development, executive presentations, proof-of-concept alignment, negotiation, through close
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, Finance, Procurement and executive leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver tailored value
