About The Position

Aiden is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to build and close a pipeline of enterprise software deals in the endpoint management and IT automation space. This role is built for someone early in their sales career who wants uncapped earning potential and is willing to bet on their own ability to perform. You'll work directly with our CEO, CTO, and solutions team to learn the product, the buyer, and the sales motion from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, enterprise software preferred but not required.
  • A track record of self-motivation and exceeding targets, whatever the targets were.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to learn technical material quickly.
  • Comfort with a compensation structure that rewards performance over tenure.

Nice To Haves

  • A genuine interest in AI and cybersecurity as high-growth markets, and excitement about building a career in both.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or streamline sales workflows.
  • Familiarity with the channel ecosystem (SIs, MSPs, MSSPs) is a plus, as this is a direction Aiden is building toward.
  • Experience with a modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Startup or fast-growth environment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and channel partner referrals.
  • Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, working with IT and security buyers including CIOs and CISOs.
  • Learn and apply a value-based selling approach tailored to enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to automate repetitive outbound work and streamline the more tedious parts of the sales process.
  • Contribute to proposal development and experiment with pricing models as part of a small, hands-on team.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to bring market feedback back into the roadmap.
  • Keep accurate pipeline records and forecasts.
