About The Position

We are expanding our US enterprise portfolio and we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to help lead it. You will be the primary driver of retention and growth across a book of existing enterprise clients spanning large RIA firms, enterprise wealth businesses, consolidators and multi-office advisory groups. This is not a passive relationship management role. You will be expected to protect and grow revenue by deepening client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and positioning Unbiased as a mission-critical partner to every account you own. You will also work closely alongside our Enterprise Sales team as we build out a stronger, more scalable US commercial presence. The role carries annual targets broken down quarterly and monthly, and reports into the Senior Enterprise Account Manager, who is based in the UK.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth within enterprise accounts in the US wealth, RIA, advisor marketing, fintech or advisor technology space, ideally managing relationships worth $250K+ annually and books of business of $2m+
  • Strong commercial instincts, with experience negotiating complex contracts and navigating multi-stage sales cycles
  • Experience managing C-suite relationships within large RIAs, enterprise wealth firms or broker-dealer networks, with the confidence to challenge thinking and lead high-stakes commercial conversations
  • Exceptional organisation and pipeline management. You can hold a large, complex portfolio without things slipping
  • A genuine commitment to client outcomes: you go above and beyond and know how to rally internal resources to deliver
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment where ambiguity is the norm and self-direction is expected

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in or working knowledge of advisor lead generation, wealth marketing platforms or fintech products sold into the advisory space is especially valuable

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a $3M+ book of business across enterprise RIA and wealth management accounts
  • Drive revenue growth through structured account planning, identifying and closing expansion opportunities within existing clients
  • Own the renewal cycle, maintaining strong retention rates and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Build and manage a healthy, accurate pipeline with strong forecasting discipline in CRM
  • Develop deep executive relationships with Founders, CEOs, Heads of Growth and senior commercial stakeholders across your accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success and Marketing to remove blockers, act on client feedback and create additional value
  • Contribute market insight back into the business on client needs, pricing, packaging and competitive dynamics in the US advisory space
