About The Position

Flosum is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own a book of enterprise accounts and retained revenue. This is a commercial role focused on renewals, executive relationships, customer retention, and revenue protection—not support ticket management. The role includes customers adopting Flosum’s cloud-native platform and using its sandbox management products to test AI agents in production-ready environments. The account manager will prioritize accounts, identify and address renewal risks, build and execute save plans, defend accounts against competitors and alternative solutions, and make the business case for moving customers from Salesforce-native products to Flosum’s cloud-native platform. The role also involves coordinating internal teams, identifying expansion opportunities for the sales team, and maintaining accurate forecasts and renewal pipeline data in Salesforce. The position offers ownership, access to leadership, and an opportunity to help shape account management at Flosum during a major customer transition to cloud platforms. Compensation is described as competitive base pay plus variable compensation tied to retention.
