Enterprise Account Manager

Ivo•New York, NY

About The Position

The Enterprise Account Manager drives growth of Ivo’s AI solutions within large enterprise clients, owning renewals and expansion across major accounts. The role develops named accounts across business units, builds relationships beyond the original buyer, uncovers opportunities with new teams, and expands adoption of Ivo’s product portfolio by connecting solutions to customer business needs. The account manager develops a detailed understanding of customer priorities, realized value, stakeholders, and decision processes, then turns that understanding into actionable account strategies and business cases. Working in partnership with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional colleagues, the role connects adoption and outcomes to customer priorities, supports customers’ long-term vision for Ivo as a system of record for contracts, and leads commercial cycles through procurement, legal review, negotiation, renewal, expansion, and close. The position also brings customer insights to Ivo’s Product team and helps develop repeatable approaches to enterprise partnerships.
