About The Position

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts. This role involves managing full sales cycles, building long-term relationships, and delivering strategic value to complex organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide insights that shape product and go-to-market strategies. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with 2+ years selling to organizations of 1,000+ employees.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience engaging with technical buyers, IT, Security, or GRC teams; cybersecurity sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex deals and navigate enterprise buying processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving priorities and processes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools and disciplined deal management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to close.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within large organizations.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver value-driven presentations, demos, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high-quality customer experiences, and ongoing account growth.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline, contributing to regional sales targets and strategic revenue objectives.
  • Maintain detailed insights and reporting on sales activity, account progression, and competitive trends.
