About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and expanding relationships with key growth and mid-market customers within regulated verticals. You will drive strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and manage highly consultative, data-driven sales cycles. The position requires building strong cross-functional partnerships across product, finance, support, and operations teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term customer retention. Success in this role combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to champion customer needs while navigating complex, compliance-driven environments. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in strategic or major account management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, quantitative, and consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including cross-selling, upselling, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfortable engaging with both business and technical leaders, influencing decisions and building trust-based partnerships.
  • Data-driven approach to account planning, opportunity identification, and demonstrating value.
  • Demonstrated success managing forecasts, financial models, and delivering revenue and profit results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts in regulated verticals, ensuring client success and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and profit targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, support, and operations, to deliver solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Lead highly consultative sales engagements, performing deep discovery to understand customer needs and advocate for their interests internally.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM systems, ensuring consistent reporting to leadership.
  • Drive disciplined account management processes, including forecasting, goal tracking, and executive-level reporting.
