Success in this role means driving measurable account growth, retaining existing business, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership. The position requires exceptional account planning, multi-threading into complex organizations, and navigating multi-stakeholder environments. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based on the U.S. East Coast.
