About The Position

This role offers the chance to drive inbound sales and expand client relationships in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will engage directly with potential and existing customers, guiding them through product demos, solution recommendations, and deal negotiations. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for understanding customer needs.
  • Comfort with SaaS platforms, online tools, and technology-based sales processes.
  • Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work well individually and collaboratively.
  • Experience delivering online demos and engaging diverse clients across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound sales by identifying and engaging new leads through email, phone, and other channels.
  • Conduct online product demos to illustrate platform capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and execute professional email sequences, follow-ups, and proposals to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and problem-solving.
  • Upsell existing customers by identifying additional value and expansion opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, A/B testing approaches to optimize conversion and pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
