Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development as primary buyer
  • Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs
  • Done B2B complex sales where you have a proven track record selling a solution requiring input of a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Have sold to US, Canada or UK markets
  • Be methodical, rigorous and have a sense of urgency
  • Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth
  • Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
