About The Position

Ketch is seeking an enterprise Account Executive (AE) with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales quotas. This role involves deeply understanding potential customer challenges, aligning Ketch solutions to their needs, grasping organizational dynamics, quantifying business value, building a compelling business case, and closing deals. The AE will collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, customer experience, product management, legal, and finance. While this is a remote position, candidates in the greater Chicagoland area are strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying, consultative sales experience at a SaaS company.
  • Experience in the data privacy or adtech/martech sectors.
  • 2+ years of experience with average deal sizes ranging from $150K to $500K.
  • 4+ years of experience in proposal writing and pitch material development.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate a technical solution into measurable business value.
  • Results-driven mindset and proven ability to beat sales targets.
  • History of success in working as part of a virtual global team environment.
  • Exceptional time management and people alignment skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Able to legally work in the United States.
  • English language fluency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new business opportunities that fit Ketch's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Develop approximately 30% of the annual book of business.
  • Advance inbound and partner-generated opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and coverage.
  • Gain a deep understanding of target customers' businesses, processes, and challenges.
  • Ask and answer the right questions, bringing unique value to every interaction.
  • Develop relationships with multiple buying personas within accounts.
  • Connect prospect business objectives with the Ketch solution.
  • Construct a compelling business case and articulate a vision for a better future.
  • Conduct effective account discovery.
  • Apply MEDDPICC methodology throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop pitch and proposal materials.
  • Make responsible and effective use of company assets.
  • Handle objections.
  • Document activities in Salesforce.
  • Drive opportunities to Closed/Won.
  • Develop a high-level functional and technical understanding of Ketch products.
  • Align product demonstrations to customer needs.
