About the Department Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations - all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences. The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community. About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Hong Kong enterprise accounts , with a strong preference for candidates who bring experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) . You’ll lead both new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts, positioning Cloudflare’s platform to deliver maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI sector, with proven enterprise B2B sales success.
  • Track record in new business acquisition and account management.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.
  • Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency strongly preferred, as you’ll work daily with local Hong Kong clients.
  • Strong English communication skills for internal collaboration.
  • Self‑starter with entrepreneurial drive, comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers in Hong Kong.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts based in Singapore with primary focus on the Hong Kong market.
  • Acquire new logos, expand existing relationships, and manage renewals.
  • Build a strong pipeline through ongoing engagement with key prospects, especially in financial services industry.
  • Partner with customers to align their use cases with Cloudflare’s solutions.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and lead strategic business reviews.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to scale success.
