Enrollment Specialist
About The Position
This entry-level, on-site role helps individuals understand available enrollment options and complete the appropriate process. It involves regular face-to-face interaction and is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than exclusively behind the scenes. A typical day may include meeting individuals in person to understand their needs, explaining options and requirements, assisting with forms and routine enrollment questions, and following up on incomplete items while maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
