This entry-level, on-site role guides prospective participants through available options and enrollment decisions using consultative, people-focused communication. Direct contact with people is central to the position, including regular face-to-face interaction. The role is intended for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or on-site coworkers rather than exclusively behind the scenes.
