About The Position

Together, HCE and Kennedy & Company now serve more than 300 colleges and universities nationwide, offering integrated strategic enablement services that span research, enrollment management, financial analysis, institutional strategy, and technology implementation. We are seeking an Enrollment Manager who will report to the Director of Enrollment Services. The Enrollment Manager will lead and develop a team of Enrollment Coaches, coaching them to build strong student relationships and guide prospects from inquiry through enrollment. This role blends people leadership with performance oversight - tracking pipeline health, coaching to conversion targets, and partnering cross-functionally - to drive both individual success and team results.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience with higher education institutions required
  • Knowledge of the operation, and metrics of Enrollment Services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource
  • Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational management skills

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor and develop employees
  • Lead employees to meet the Elsmere's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment
  • Empower employees to take responsibility, utilize critical thinking, and drive problem resolution.
  • Provide effective performance feedback through performance evaluations, employee recognition, continual feedback and implementation of disciplinary systems, as necessary with the assistance of Human Resources
  • Work with Human Resources to recruit, interview, select, and train new employees
  • Maintain team schedules including program assignments, training, PTO, and PTO coverage
  • Maintain transparent communication through internal and external department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other communication channels, as necessary
  • Communicate and collaborate with academic partners to report results and address challenges
  • Review, maintain, and update departmental operating processes
  • Monitor and analyze enrollment data, lead source performance, and portfolio/programmatic trends, delivering actionable insights and regular reporting to leadership
  • Carry out and attain the values and the goals of Human Capital Education
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
