About The Position

NeighborHealth, formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, is a large community health center serving the greater Boston area with a commitment to patient and community health. The Enrollment Coordinator will join the enrollment team for Neighborhood PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), which provides comprehensive medical and social services to frail, community-dwelling individuals aged 55+ who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. The role involves working directly with prospective participants to ensure they understand program benefits, resolving issues, and meeting needs for successful and timely enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening skills and a needs-based approach to offering solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, sales, marketing, or public relations (relevant experience will be considered).
At least 5 years of experience in a role involving sales, marketing, or similar activity within a healthcare environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales experience preferred.
Experience working with the older adult population (adults age 55+) preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
Time management skills.
