About The Position

The Enrollment Analyst develops and implements enrollment projects to improve the member experience, reports member feedback to support continuous improvement of Health Plan services, and analyzes enrollment and project metrics for leadership oversight. The role performs assigned work under minimal supervision, using discretion and independent judgment within established procedures. It reports to the Communications Manager in Driscoll Health Plan. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, following Health System and Health Plan policies and procedures, and complying with ethical and corporate integrity guidelines. Other reasonably related duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or Health Plan administration.

Requirements

Two-year degree or Associate’s degree; alternatively, a high school diploma with at least five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform assigned tasks under minimal supervision and exercise discretion and independent judgment within established procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and corporate compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

Implement and execute enrollment projects, including texting programs, email campaigns, surveys, and phone calls.
Analyze member feedback and recommend changes or updates to Health Plan procedures.
Examine information provided by members and ask clarifying questions to customize their experience.
Use feedback to continuously improve the Health Plan onboarding process.
Develop an understanding of members’ health objectives.
Ensure members receive superior customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to customize members’ onboarding experience.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Health System, Health Plan, and department policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Attend training required by Driscoll Health System, HHSC contract requirements, and URAC standards, including new-hire and annual staff training.
Familiarize oneself with tools and reference materials used to respond to Member and Provider inquiries.
Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.
