In this Enrolled Nurse role, you will work closely with RNs and provide day‑to‑day support to PCAs, encouraging them to develop their skills, think independently and contribute confidently to resident care. Requirements

Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse Registration with relevant nursing qualifications.
2+ years’ experience as an Enrolled Nurse in clinical or aged‑care settings.
Current CPR Certificate.
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, with knowledge of AN‑ACC processes, OH&S, food safety and relevant legislative requirements.
Relevant work permits
NDIS Worker Screening Check

Nice To Haves

Residential aged‑care experience
Supporting RNs with assessments and contributing to Care Plans.
