About The Position
Clare Hospital, located in the scenic Clare Valley, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Renal Dialysis Service and an Enrolled Nurse for its Perioperative service. The Renal Dialysis Service provides high-quality haemodialysis care closer to home for individuals with chronic kidney disease, in partnership with CNARTS. The nursing roles involve planning and delivering direct patient care, ensuring clinical safety, compassion, and professionalism. Nursing at Clare offers exposure across multiple service areas, fostering the development of a broad skill set within a regional healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Registration or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Undergo employment screening.
- Meet immunisation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering direct patient care.
- Ensuring excellence in clinical safety, compassion, and professionalism.
- Providing nurse-supported maintenance dialysis in a comfortable setting.
- Working in partnership with the Central and Northern Adelaide Renal and Transplantation Service (CNARTS).
- Delivering personalised care that supports each patient's health, independence, and wellbeing.
