Enrolled Nurse - Hawker
About The Position
This role involves providing direct person-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, while maintaining accountability for your own practice. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritise your workload, recognise and report changes in patients’ clinical conditions, and contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality care in accordance with professional standards and relevant legislation. Requirements
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practising certificate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritise workload, recognise and report changes in clinical condition, and provide person-centred care.
- Demonstrated experience providing nursing care in a healthcare setting in accordance with relevant standards of practice.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Enrolled Nurse role, relevant legislation, standards, codes, ethics and competency standards.
- Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
- Immunisation compliance.
