Requirements

Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license or licensed Tax Attorney.
Experience representing taxpayers before the IRS.
Strong knowledge of IRS collection procedures and tax resolution programs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced environment.

Experience handling complex IRS negotiations.

Responsibilities

Represent clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities.
Develop tax resolution strategies based on each client's financial situation.
Negotiate directly with IRS Revenue Officers and ACS representatives.
Prepare and submit: Offer in Compromise (OIC), Installment Agreements, Currently Not Collectible (CNC), Penalty Abatement, Innocent Spouse Relief
Help stop or resolve: Wage garnishments, Bank levies, Federal tax liens
Review case files for accuracy and compliance.
Work closely with Case Managers to keep cases moving efficiently.
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
