About The Position
Parker Chase East Cobb, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking an Enrichment Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in STEM, Music and Movement. The teacher plans engaging activities that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assesses and documents student progress. The role also involves supporting children’s growth and maintaining a safe, harmonious learning environment for children and fellow teachers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CDA or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
- Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of experience is strongly preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in STEM, Music and Movement.
- Plan engaging activities that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Assess and document students’ progress.
- Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth.
