About The Position

Wellington Prep, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking an Enrichment Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate Spanish curriculum. The teacher plans engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development, and monitors and documents student progress. The role also includes helping lead innovative learning activities, ensuring children's safety and well-being, and creating a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. The school offers a supportive environment and resources to help educators create positive learning experiences. The listed pay range is USD $20.00–$24.00 per hour.

Requirements

Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Two years of experience required; state-specific requirements may apply.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
Love of working with children.
