Enrichment Teacher
About The Position
The Enrichment Teacher at Wellington Prep develops and implements age-appropriate Spanish curriculum, plans engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assesses and documents student progress. The role helps lead learning activities that promote children’s development and growth, ensures children’s safety and well-being, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Strong communication and a patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate approach to early childhood education are important. Wellington Prep is part of Endeavor Schools, which operates more than 100 schools in 14 states. The stated pay range is $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required.
- Two years of experience required.
- State-specific requirements apply.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
- Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
