Level Green Landscaping is seeking an Enhancements Operations Manager for their Montgomery County Branch. This role involves overseeing a wide range of landscape installations, including managing and training crews, procuring materials, and coordinating with subcontractors. The position requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership to ensure exceptional results across diverse project scopes. Requirements

At least 21 years old.
Available to work Saturdays and in various weather conditions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and work collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Eager to learn and use company software.
Years of landscape installation or project management experience.

Responsibilities

Keeping crews safe and performing daily tasks safely, using all tools and equipment according to company safety policies.
Providing in-field training for teams and participating in required training programs.
Operating machinery such as skid steers, loaders, chainsaws, chippers, grinders, ditchwitches, and mini-excavators.
Ensuring high-quality standards by adhering to industry best practice guidelines.
Training teams on lean principles and waste removal.
Developing an understanding of team members' strengths, weaknesses, and goals, and actively participating in their development.
Staffing teams and collaborating with the Branch Manager to address staffing needs, maintaining a constant recruiting effort.
Inspecting properties, projects, and daily work to anticipate challenges and ensure client expectations and quality standards are met.
Overseeing all aspects of project execution, including sourcing and purchasing materials, managing field employees, equipment, and subcontractors for landscape and snow-related projects.
Maintaining accurate administrative tracking systems for time approvals, work ticket completions, material purchasing, and purchase order processing.
Assisting in planning, developing, and leading strategic initiatives for enhancement projects.
Attending production and team meetings, collaborating with account managers and vendors, recommending additional work, and helping exceed branch financial goals.
Demonstrating strong technical capabilities and the ability to learn company software applications like Aspire.
Delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to clients, vendors, and company staff.
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
