Requirements

At least 21 years old and willing to work Saturdays and in various weather conditions.
A valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn company software such as Aspire.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance and three (3) years in a grounds/commercial landscaping management position.
A passion for quality work and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency with native plants and horticultural knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Overseeing multiple landscape maintenance crews—scheduling labor, ordering materials, coordinating equipment, and managing subcontractors.
Collaborating with the Branch Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing a talented crew.
Providing hands-on training and leadership to crew leaders and crew members.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
Performing regular site inspections, monitoring irrigation systems, plants, and turf health, and addressing issues proactively.
Maintaining clear communication with account managers, vendors, and the team to deliver outstanding service.
Demonstrating teamwork capabilities by working in tandem with account managers to meet clients' property needs.
