About The Position
R.P. Marzilli & Company, an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains high-end landscapes in New England, is seeking an experienced Enhancement Crew Lead due to ongoing growth. The role manages groundskeeping teams and oversees construction of outdoor spaces and maintenance of existing grounds. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction.
- Experience with installation and care of trees and shrubs.
- Be a team player with high attention to detail.
- Be customer-service oriented and have strong communication skills.
- Understand the importance of accurate and timely paperwork.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
- Be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Be in good physical condition and able to lift 40 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- General landscape masonry skills.
- Basic irrigation knowledge.
- Massachusetts hydraulics license.
