About The Position

Diamond Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join its team in the Los Angeles area. The role involves hands-on management of crews performing regular, day-to-day landscape maintenance for high-end residential clients. The Crew Leader works collaboratively on assigned projects and applies landscape maintenance knowledge to care for and enhance clients’ landscapes. Typical work includes installing or removing plant material, mulching, mowing and maintaining turf, performing small irrigation repairs, identifying diseased plants and insect damage, addressing general maintenance issues, and using landscape tools and equipment to care for plants and trees.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of crews performing day-to-day landscape maintenance services.
• Work collaboratively to perform assigned tasks across multiple projects.
