About The Position
The Westin St. Louis is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to assist in overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hotel’s mechanical and electrical equipment under the direction of the Director of Engineering. The role helps ensure guests have a safe and comfortable stay. The position is based at an upscale downtown St. Louis hotel.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, and preventative maintenance systems and related disciplines.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
Nice To Haves
- Three to five years of hotel, institutional, or HVAC systems experience preferred.
- Refrigeration or HVAC certification, or journeyman-level experience.
- Two to three years of previous management or supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
