Support day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives, creating schedules, escalating critical issues as appropriate, aligning with cross-functional teams to drive milestones and setting priorities to achieve project timelines. Collaborate and facilitate communication across fellow EPMs, and supplier partners to meet very aggressive cost, schedule, and quality goals. Understand technical issues and driving them to closure by bringing together key stakeholders for decision making resolution. Track build readiness schedules to ensure builds happen on schedule. Liaise with packaging suppliers to manage materials lead-times, and liaise directly with executive teams and providing executive status updates. Resolve complex development issues with an extended/overseas team in a fast-paced environment. Liaise with packaging team engineer to manage reliability testing and material/structural development. Act as a central point of contact for packaging questions and concerns amongst legal, marketing, and other cross functional teams. International travel required 20%. 40 hours/week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering or related field
  • 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • 1 year of experience in Engineering Demand forecasting using Tableau, PowerBI, Numbers/ Microsoft Excel, SAS, and Slack
  • 1 year of experience in Developing RFQs for budget management
  • 1 year of experience in Leading cross functional teams including engineers, product designers, suppliers and GSMs
  • 1 year of experience in Cost down: Assessing and analyzing material, production, and testing processes to budget and manage costs
  • 1 year of experience in Supplier Relations: Creating, managing and uploading files into supplier file transfer protocol portals to ensure materials produced are up to date and meet design standards and specifications using Agile, MediaCompass, Box, and Quip
  • 1 year of experience in Program Scheduling: Using tools including Wrike, Agile, and Jira to lead projects
  • 1 year of experience in File creation and management: Using adobe illustrator and Adobe Acrobat to create and manage project files
  • 1 year of experience in Risk Management
