Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace)
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken/written).

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering/Technical aptitudes (reading drawings, design consideration for fit, form, function)
  • Ability to adapt and to cooperate in a team environment
  • MS Office, PLM (Enovia)

Responsibilities

  • Performing engineering tasks to evaluate and incorporate various supplier requested drawing changes for electrical and mechanical components.
  • Performing technical evaluation and classification of multiples parts into families based on design considerations, geometry, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Perform engineering and project management tasks to assess, validate (through tests and analysis) and approve changes in manufacturing sources.
