About The Position

We are seeking a Engineering Program Administrator to join our team supporting Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM). Requirements

Three (3) year of relevant experience.
Expertise in program analysis and evaluation.
Proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision making.
Skilled in process documentation and workflow development.
Experience in report development and presentation.
Knowledge of research methods and analysis techniques.
Must have an active Secret clearance
ITTL V4 foundation or equivalent industry-recognized certification
Security + CE
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

CCNA or industry standard/OEM equivalent preferred
Experience with DoD programs and operations.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
Familiarity with government contracts and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Technical role analyzing program performance, metrics, and compliance requirements.
Track program performance and ensure alignment with established goals and objectives.
Analyze metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and standards to ensure program adherence.
Support reporting activities by providing accurate data and insights for stakeholders.
Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and transparency.
Research compliance and performance requirements to ensure programs meet all necessary standards.
Maintain accurate records to support audits, assessments, and future planning.
Create detailed analyses to guide decision-making and improve program outcomes.
