About The Position

The Engineering Product Manager will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Cisco's Resilient Infrastructure program, a company-wide initiative to strengthen the security posture of Cisco's portfolio. The role is part of the Security & Trust Organization (S&TO) and operates in a highly visible, cross-functional, executive-facing environment. The manager will align product, engineering, sales, services, communications, and marketing partners around a shared security and resiliency agenda. The position coordinates with platform and security leadership to oversee roadmap execution, engage with technical details, identify risks, and escalate issues to principal engineering leadership. It also helps shape future program priorities and opportunities to extend the Resilient Infrastructure approach into additional products and platforms. The manager partners with security research, product-security incident response, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to define work, support customer responses, and align customer-facing messaging. They maintain transparent program progress reporting for senior and executive leadership and represent the program in executive discussions. The role is hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina; Austin, Texas; or Chicago, Illinois, with possible U.S. remote work. The application window is expected to close on November 29, 2026.
