About The Position

Apple is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Siri AI Runtime Platform team. The team owns how Siri is integrated across Apple’s ecosystem of devices and works to deliver seamless, intelligent, and performant experiences across a wide range of hardware. The manager will drive technical direction, grow and mentor engineers, and partner closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional platform teams. The role combines deep technical systems challenges with people leadership and contributes to consistent, responsive, high-performance Siri experiences across Apple devices.

Requirements

• Proven software engineering excellence.
• Proven experience building and scaling on-device platforms or frameworks.
• A track record of managing technical roadmaps and delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent people leadership skills, including experience mentoring and growing engineers.

Nice To Haves

• 6 or more years of software engineering experience.
• 2 or more years of engineering management experience.
• Experience building platforms or frameworks using a solid networking stack.
• Strong understanding of latency, reliability, and performance tradeoffs in system design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
