About The Position
ServiceChannel is seeking an experienced software engineer and technical leader to guide a globally distributed team building and evolving its SaaS platform. The role is split evenly between engineering and team management. The Engineering Manager will lead, coach, and develop engineers; drive technical strategy and modernization; build scalable solutions using .NET, React, APIs, and cloud technologies; improve delivery, CI/CD, reliability, and engineering practices; and advance the responsible use of AI across engineering.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong C#/.NET and React/TypeScript expertise.
- Experience with SaaS and scalable architecture.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, or engineering management experience.
- Desire to lead both technology and people.
