About The Position

Infisical is hiring an Engineering Manager (described in the role overview as a Senior Engineering Manager) to lead 10–12 engineers across the Secrets Management and Certificate Management teams. Secrets Management delivers over 10 billion secrets monthly. Certificate Management supports PKI, certificate lifecycle automation, and signing release artifacts and binaries. Both products support cloud and self-hosted deployments, including on-premises and air-gapped environments. The role is responsible for developing a high-performing engineering team, driving execution across both products, and ensuring infrastructure remains secure and reliable. The manager works closely with the CTO, Tech Leads, and the broader engineering team, remaining technically involved while empowering engineers to own their work. Infisical is an open-source security infrastructure platform for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access management. The company says it has raised $19M from Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, and its customers include Hugging Face, OpenRouter, LG, and NVIDIA. The team operates primarily remotely, with a strong presence and an office in San Francisco, and gathers in person throughout the year for off-sites, conferences, and team gatherings.
